The Scentsy Corporate Identity was done for Heather, Scentsy Consultant because she wanted to be different than her fellow Scentsy salesmen and women.
We took inspiration from an existing illustration that she provided us with, and remade it to fit her needs specifically. The colors were meant to reflect her taste, and the feminine nature of the product that she sells.
The logo was something that stuck out like a sore thumb to us in the sketching process (in a good way), and the 4 swirly scent vapors rising from the top basin represent the members of her family. We stuck with the KISS (keep it simple, stupid) approach, but still sought a significant level of substance.
The colors for the the Scentsy corporate identity were a soft pink because the product is sort of trendy and feminine, so it went well together. The fonts for the the Scentsy corporate identity were creampuff for the “Heather” part, and the existing Scentsy logo was left alone for brand strength.
